Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for the plant. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Cellar Operations, Winemaking, and other partners to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency in Excel/CMMS, and the ability to coordinate with outside vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Sense of urgency and ability to engage people positively.
• Able to solve problems and adjust to changing timelines.
• Able to work flexible hours including overtime, particularly during harvest.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure plant reliability.
• Facilitate weekly scheduling with Production and Maintenance for resource balancing.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments, with outside contractors, and among work groups.
• Develop work order-based plans with Maintenance Supervisors, Leads, and Manager.
• Schedule downtime based on process needs and business conditions.
• Track metrics to monitor maintenance performance and plant reliability.
• Support plant reliability and mechanical integrity programs.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, backlog, and reports.
• Arrange service with outside vendors for facilities and machinery.
