Effectively planned and scheduled preventive, predictive and corrective work for the Maintenance department. Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. Develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system. Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. The role will be the liaison between Maintenance, Cellar Operations, Winemaking, and business partners to ensure all work activities are planned and scheduled. Utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Utilization of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, consistent with the position’s purpose and operational needs.
