Job summary

WITRON Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner to strategically plan and execute maintenance activities across the plant. You will balance production priorities with maintenance needs, coordinate resources, and drive reliable system performance.

The role requires organization, strong analytical skills, and a solid technical foundation in electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in CMMS and MS Office is essential, with occasional travel up to 5% for training or support.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical training in electrical or mechanical disciplines is required or preferred.
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical symbols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all plant equipment to ensure uptime.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate schedules with onsite and centralized support teams to optimize planning.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders, shift schedules, and task documentation.
• Prepare technical information for maintenance tasks, including drawings and procedures.
• Monitor team performance, track metrics, and report to management.
• Identify training needs and schedule development programs for maintenance staff.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and recognition to the maintenance team.
