WITRON Group, based in Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to drive efficient maintenance operations and balance production with maintenance needs. You will coordinate resources, schedule tasks, and ensure reliable equipment performance.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in electrical and mechanical systems, experience with CMMS and MS Office, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset. Occasional travel (up to 5%) for training or support is expected.

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and plan effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all plant equipment to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate maintenance work with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate schedules with onsite and centralized support teams and maintain accurate work orders.
• Prepare technical information for tasks, such as drawings and specifications.
• Monitor performance, track metrics, and report to management.
• Lead training needs assessments and development programs for the maintenance team.
• Support Spare Parts coordination and ensure availability of parts and tools.
• Estimate labor and material costs for planned activities and promote safety.
