WIOSS Automation Solutions LP in Winter Haven seeks a Maintenance Planner to drive efficient maintenance operations, balancing production priorities with preventive plans. You will coordinate resources and maintain reliable systems through effective scheduling and data-driven decisions.

Applicants should be highly organized with a strong technical foundation in electrical and mechanical systems, and familiarity with CMMS and MS Office. Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical training in electrical or mechanical disciplines; electromechanical preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive solutions.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office for maintenance planning and reporting.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical symbols; drive technology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all plant equipment to ensure uptime.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work with production to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate schedules with onsite and centralized support teams.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders and documentation of tasks.
