Job summary

Advantage Point Group (APG) is seeking a Plant Engineering Maintenance Planner at our Cottage Grove, MN facility. The role focuses on planning daily work tasks and directing craftspeople to maintain manufacturing equipment and facilities, maximizing reliability.

Requires 4+ years maintenance experience, blueprint reading, and CMMS/SAP familiarity. Day shift (6:30 am–2:30 pm) with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical/maintenance degree preferred, not required.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in industrial setting.
• Blueprint reading required.
• CMMS and SAP experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Estimate labor and material resources for tasks.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance with production, engineering, and craftspeople.
• Lead meetings and maintain documentation.
• Execute preventive and repair maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with purchasing/vendors to order parts.
• Provide work direction to craft personnel.
• No direct reports.
