Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective work for the Maintenance department. You will define work requests, track work orders, and coordinate with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to schedule proactive maintenance during downtime.

The role utilizes CMMS for tracking and planning maintenance, monitors spare parts inventory, and ensures safety and efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years related experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Sense of urgency and ability to engage people in a positive manner
• Must be able to solve problems and adjust to changing timelines
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime, particularly during harvest
• Ability to work in a team environment and perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s values of exhibiting the highest quality standards in all endeavors

Responsibilities

• Plan routine and non-routine repair procedures and preventive maintenance tasks
• Facilitate weekly scheduling with Production and Maintenance for resource balancing
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments and with contractors
• Develop work order-based job plans with Supervisors and Manager
• Manage downtime based on process needs and business environment
• Monitor metrics to improve maintenance performance and plant reliability
• Ensure CMMS is used for tracking, planning, and closures of work orders
• Oversee plant PM and PdM programs and parts inventory
• Schedule service with outside vendors for facilities and machinery
