Job summary

California Bioenergy, LLC (CalBio) is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities across CalBio operations. The role ensures reliable equipment, minimizes downtime, and optimizes maintenance resources with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The candidate will administer the CMMS, develop work packages, and collaborate with Operations, Inventory, and Procurement to maintain a robust maintenance backlog and improve preventive and predictive

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Reading and math skills with ability to interpret blueprints.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop detailed work plans, secure labor, materials, tools, and permits; coordinate with Operations.
• Administer CMMS, manage maintenance backlog, and optimize preventive and corrective programs.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and lead scheduling meetings with production.
