Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA, seeks an Assistant Manager Facility Maintenance to lead a multifunctional team and ensure safe, reliable operations across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and facility systems.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and planning skills, with oversight of maintenance programs, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance to support production and safety goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1-2 years related field experience or equivalent.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible industrial or facility maintenance experience.
• At least three years leading or supervising a multifunction maintenance team.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize work across multiple systems.
• Supervise maintenance leads, forepersons, technicians, and staff.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage safety and compliance actions.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance within the CMMS.
• Budget, inventory control, and coordination with other departments.
