Job summary

Dole Packaged Foods is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and drive reliability across manufacturing, packaging, and facility systems. The role collaborates with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maximize uptime and optimize costs.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in maintenance leadership within food manufacturing, with strong skills in preventive maintenance, CMMS, and SAP, plus a track record of cost control and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing or similar.
Experience implementing preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
Strong knowledge of CMMS, work order management, spare parts control, and reliability metrics.
Experience with SAP and maintenance budgeting, capital project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage maintenance operations to meet safety, reliability, uptime, cost, and efficiency goals.
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
Direct supervisors, technicians, contractors, and ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop departmental priorities, performance expectations, and staff development plans.
Lead capital improvement projects and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
Ensure CMMS administration, asset history, planning, and inventory control.
