Job summary

Dole Packaged Foods, LLC is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager in McDonough, GA to lead the maintenance department and drive reliability across manufacturing, packaging, and facilities. You will partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maximize uptime and optimize maintenance costs.

Responsibilities include directing supervisors and technicians, developing preventative maintenance strategies, and managing the budget while ensuring safety, GMP, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in complex manufacturing environments (food/manufacturing).
• Minimum 3 years in progressive maintenance leadership, including supervisor/technician/contractor oversight.
• Strong experience with preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to achieve safety, reliability, uptime, and cost goals.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
• Direct maintenance supervisors, technicians, and contractors while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, labor, parts, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor CMMS and KPIs such as downtime, work orders, and asset utilization.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Leadership on strategic initiatives.
