Crown Holdings in Minnesota seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and repair across the plant. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventive and predictive programs, and drive reliability, safety, and cost control.

Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and safety teams to improve equipment uptime, plan capital projects, and manage budgets and vendors. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent manufacturing maintenance experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, and equipment reliability principles.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed manufacturing equipment, mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related facilities.
• Experience leading hourly team members and managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, contractors, and vendor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Lead, develop, and direct maintenance personnel to support plant objectives.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
• Plan and oversee capital projects, equipment installations, and contractor activities.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and manage budgets and resources.
