Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and leadership experience in manufacturing.
• CMRP or MLTI certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Maximo/Manufacturing Analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance for multiple platform teams and own reliability metrics.
• Oversee direct reports including asset care leaders, capability specialists, mechanics, and technicians.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, engineers, operators, and external partners to drive maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies, including asset care programs and planning/scheduling.
