Job summary

Cedar's Foods is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for our manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of supervisors and technicians, manage PM schedules, and ensure spare parts availability to maximize production rates. This role requires flexibility to work 40+ hours weekly and participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports to foster a strong team environment.
• Meet safety, reliability, cost, waste, quality, and sanitation goals for plant performance.
• Own spare parts process; act as CMMS power user.
• Provide maintenance support across multiple areas including machine shop and lubrication processes.
• Support and develop High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) to improve information flow and problem-solving.
• Oversee training and skill development for the PM group.
