• Accountable for safety performance of the maintenance team and adherence to plant safety policies.
• Implement and embed defined RCM principles to drive reliability and uptime.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling one week out; conduct daily review meetings.
• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance elements and track KPIs monthly.
• Manage maintenance budget, spend, and cost-reduction initiatives with area leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to review and implement process modifications.
