Job summary

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of maintenance leadership experience in aggregate mining, quarry, or heavy industrial operations.
- Strong working knowledge of crushing and screening systems.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
Responsibilities
- Analyze crushing plant and mobile equipment performance trends.
- Ensure emergency repairs to crushers and other equipment are completed safely.
- Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage the annual maintenance operating budget and monitor related spend.
- Lead and develop maintenance personnel while promoting a strong safety culture.
