Job summary
Texas Materials - East Texas Area is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive maintenance, reliability, and capital projects across North Texas and East Texas ready-mix operations. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience minimum.
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in asphalt, aggregates, ready-mix, heavy manufacturing, or related industries.
- Experience managing multiple facilities and maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement initiatives.
- Drive asset reliability and continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across locations.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and resource planning.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of maintenance personnel.
- Collaborate with plant managers and leadership to meet production goals.
