Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a senior maintenance leader to drive reliability and integrity of fixed-plant assets at our quarry and plant sites in the Texas region. You will plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, mentor teams, and manage budgets and contractors to support continuous improvement in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Experience with fixed plant assets: crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize fixed plant maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant processing equipment.
• Develop and coach maintenance team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, contractors, and capital projects to support efficient operations.
• Partner with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities, reduce downtime, and improve plant performance.
