Job summary

Metromont LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across plant operations. You will direct repairs, develop preventative programs, and manage budgets while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of concrete manufacturing equipment, and experience in Lean practices. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in maintenance, with 5+ years in a supervisory role and fleet maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in a maintenance role, manufacturing preferred.
• 5+ years in a leadership maintenance position with supervisory responsibility.
• Fleet maintenance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to determine priorities and schedule maintenance.
• Direct maintenance on utility systems to ensure continuous operations.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Inspect machines for conformance to standards and safety policies.
• Prepare department budget and monitor expenditures.
• Lead 6S, Lean, and Safety programs and training.
