Metz Strategic Solutions seeks an experienced Plant Engineer/Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of maintenance management, supervision, and engineering experience.

The role emphasizes reducing downtime, directing capital improvement projects, tracking OEE data, and ensuring the CMMS is current and effectively used. Strong leadership and hands-on ability are essential, including safety program participation.

Competenze

• Lead group of maintenance mechanics and electricians to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Direct capital improvement projects for the plant.
• Track maintenance data, including OEE metrics.
• Maintain and utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Spec out major projects and equipment installations.
• Provide hands-on support in emergencies.
• Participate in Plant Safety Programs and processes.
