Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Maintenance Manager II to lead the maintenance team, drive asset reliability, safety, and cost control. You will develop budgets, manage CAPEX projects, and partner with plant leadership to hit KPIs and capital plans.

You will apply ISO/KORE standards, coordinate with engineering and accounting, and mentor staff while prioritizing preventive maintenance and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• 4+ years in a maintenance leadership role preferred.
• Engineering, business, or technical discipline degree is a plus but not required by experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the maintenance team to meet safety, production, and quality targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold ISO/KORE standards.
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, CAPEX projects, and asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to achieve annual business plan goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Accounting to close projects on time and on budget.
