• Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance activities align with regulatory laws and food safety standards.
• Manage department budget, track expenses, and control spare parts inventory cost-effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics.
