Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience in related function.
• Extensive preventive maintenance experience and project management skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete, coordinate, and prioritize all maintenance aspects including shutdowns, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
• Supervise millwrights, electricians, technicians, and other maintenance personnel.
• Monitor plant operations to maximize uptime and efficiency; ensure cost-effective maintenance.
