Job summary

Ajasianfoods is seeking a Maintenance Manager to steer strategic maintenance across plant operations and lead the maintenance staff toward higher reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include directing electrical and mechanical servicing, managing CMMS (MP2/JDE), and coordinating with production for shutdowns and capital projects. Emphasis on safety, GMPs, and cross‑functional collaboration to sustain quality output.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Industrial or Mechanical field with 3+ years of managerial experience, or 5+ years maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge; PLC, HVAC, and plant utilities operation.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred; food manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels; MS Office proficiency.
• Able to read electrical/mechanical blueprints and drawings; CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities including electrical, mechanical servicing, and equipment fabrication.
• Provide guidance and motivation to Maintenance and Operations to own results.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, parts inventory, and storeroom operations.
• Administer CMMS (Work Orders, PMs, Parts) and coordinate scheduling.
• Advance culture with teamwork and cooperation across departments.
• Coach Maintenance Technicians and assess performance with leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns with production schedules.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and environmental program adherence.
• Plan and install plant improvements and capital projects.
• Review downtime and coordinate maintenance with production management.
