Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing

Salary: $130,000 – $145,000 per year + benefits + paid relocation to the USA’s Northern Midwest.

Growing manufacturing client is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager who can plan, direct, and lead the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain and support plant equipment and facilities in world‑class working order. You will technically evaluate situations, identify optimal solutions, prioritize projects and tasks, and communicate information to all parties using excellent soft skills.

As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be accountable for the preventive maintenance program and the maintenance of production equipment and facilities. Your focus will be to minimize unscheduled downtime via Continuous Improvements and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). You will identify issues, create plans and budgets, and implement solutions. Familiarity with systems such as Maximo, AutoCAD, SAP, Sag X3, and AMM is essential to your success.

Excellent skills in mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting, and experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food or beverage manufacturing are required. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the plant.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in Maintenance Management in food, beverage, or pharma manufacturing
