Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading maintenance staff or projects in a large manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and TPM concepts.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office; ability to analyze data and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team of supervisors to drive uptime and efficiency.
• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM throughout the plant.
• Manage maintenance systems, scheduling, and root cause analysis.
• Coach staff, enforce safety policies, and communicate effectively.
• Partner with Plant Engineer to optimize SAP PM and KPIs.
