Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrated personnel managerial skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Report to General Manager & Plant Manager on operational issues.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program and outside vendors.
• Plan, evaluate, and implement capital and expense projects.
• Be on call twenty-four hours a day and enforce safety policies.
