Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead repair and maintenance across manufacturing facilities, prioritizing work orders and scheduling to minimize downtime. The role requires experience managing both hourly and salaried teams, ensuring equipment reliability and adherence to SQF procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance leadership, and proficiency with SAP/CMMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of Maintenance Manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading hourly and salaried maintenance teams and driving accountability.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, work order management, equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
• Technical expertise in industrial electrical systems, controls, automation, PLCs, and drives preferred.
• Experience with facility maintenance including building infrastructure, HVAC, utilities, and contractor management.
• Proficiency with SAP or a CMMS, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others while mobilizing resources.
• Oversee two or more direct reports and monitor operational results.
• Handle people management actions such as hiring, training, and rewards.
• Develop schedules, performance requirements, and potential budget responsibilities.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve scheduling and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SQF procedures.
