• Oversee repair and preventative maintenance of processing machinery, packaging lines, and conveyors to minimize downtime.
• Manage plant infrastructure, refrigeration, utilities, and building structures, coordinating with external contractors.
• Guide, train, and mentor a team of technicians, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities align with regulatory laws and food safety standards.
• Manage the department budget, track expenses, and control spare parts inventory.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics.
