Job summary

Smithfield Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a powerhouse team, drive maintenance strategies and keep production lines running at full capacity.

You'll develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM, and use SAP PM to monitor KPIs and reliability. Strong leadership and PLC/electrical/mechanical skills in a large manufacturing setting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of world-class maintenance mgmt systems and TPM.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a large manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance systems to drive peak performance and minimize costs.
• Oversee maintenance staff, safety, and task delegation.
• Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs with SAP PM.
• Track KPIs for equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the maintenance team.
