Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion and manage all elements to minimize disruption to plant operations.
- Lead the development and implementation of maintenance systems including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and related strategies.
- Inspire and manage the maintenance team; delegate tasks, enforce policies, and ensure safe, efficient work.
- Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to operational challenges and ensure smooth daily plant operation.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance performance and plant reliability.
- Step in during absences to ensure continuity of tasks and maintain smooth plant operations.
- Drive leadership and people development within the maintenance and engineering teams.
