Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise all plant maintenance activities and drive reliable operation. You will design maintenance programs, lead a diverse team, and partner with Operations and Engineering to minimize downtime and costs.

The role requires strong TPM knowledge, budget oversight, and proactive problem-solving. A mix of on-site leadership and weekend coverage may be required to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing maintenance experience considered.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing, with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability principles.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed manufacturing equipment, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and maintenance building systems.
• Experience leading hourly teams and managing budgets, projects, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Lead and develop maintenance personnel and storeroom staff to support plant objectives.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Influence across departments to drive performance and achieve plant goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
