• Develop and coach maintenance staff to build bench strength.
• Maintain and coach KPIs on maintenance SWP board for proactive improvement.
• Implement and maintain lubrication, planning, scheduling, and predictive maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership to improve equipment reliability and reduce losses.
