Qualifications

• 7+ years in plant maintenance and/or manufacturing operations
• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience
• Engineering degree strongly preferred or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive EHS culture improvements through daily engagement across site operations.
• Develop and execute a maintenance and reliability improvement plan aligned with plant and business goals.
• Identify and install new or improved equipment to enhance safety and productivity.
• Oversee site renewal planning, capital budgeting and project execution.
