Qualifications
- 7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated management or supervision experience in maintenance or production.
- Must be available for flexible shifts and weekends.
- TPM Certifications and Lean Six Sigma highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of safety and accountability in maintenance.
- Provide leadership to a team including a Data Analyst and Maintenance Manager.
- Establish processes ensuring timely information flow.
- Oversee the capital project portfolio for large-scale investments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.
