Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, TPM schedules, calibration, and follow-up.
• Manage breakdowns to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Develop and coach the maintenance team; assign tasks by skill and priority.
• Lead maintenance projects including new equipment installs and contractor management.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and capex proposals.
