Job summary

Shoreline Container is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance personnel and manage capital, infrastructure, and continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing setting.

You will oversee equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and facilities upkeep while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, and Purchasing to improve safety, quality, productivity, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in corporate manufacturing structures with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in paper, packaging, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and contractors in daily operations and projects.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate capital improvement and facility projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Partner with operations, engineering, safety, environmental, purchasing to improve plant performance.
