Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and systems to maximize production quantity and quality.

You will supervise mechanics, ensure OSHA compliance, schedule preventative maintenance, analyze downtime data with the Production Manager, and drive continuous improvements in HACCP and GMP standards. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 7–10 years in food/beverage, and strong PLC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 7–10 years of experience in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and various reporting software.
• Ability to read schematics and PLC experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen knowledge.
• OSHA laws and training knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and cross-train mechanics across operations.
• Ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance; enforce lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Respond to repair requests and perform equipment change-overs as needed.
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to analyze downtime and drive improvements.
• Maintain HACCP and GMP standards to ensure product quality.
