Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Anderson, South Carolina manufacturing facility. The role leads all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable operations of production equipment, utilities, and facilities, driving uptime and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC and automation systems, with CMMS experience and a track record of reducing downtime and improving OEE.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
Proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with plastics, blow molding, injection molding and/or automotive manufacturing is desirable.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team, set expectations, development plans and succession strategies.
Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve reliability and availability.
Oversee CMMS planning, scheduling, and work-order execution across the site.
Monitor uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance; drive improvements.
