Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability Team at a prime coastal location. You will champion asset integrity, safety, and reliability across plant operations.

You will develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs, manage CMMS, spare parts, and capital projects while mentoring a multidisciplinary team to maximize uptime and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree with 8+ years in maintenance/reliability, including team management in PSM-regulated plants.
• Proven expertise in reliability, maintenance planning, and asset optimization.
• Strong CMMS proficiency and understanding of equipment lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs for optimal equipment performance.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset performance metrics.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective measures to mitigate failures.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Manage CMMS, oversee spare parts inventory, and refine planning and scheduling.
• Support capital project development, participate in design reviews, and oversee new installations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability team.
• Facilitate PHAs and implement recommended actions.
• Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
