Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance with Production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and maintain maintenance records.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
