Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing environment; or 4 years of direct maintenance experience in industrial setting.
• Vocational/Technical diploma is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with all levels; operate forklifts and other PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize disruption.
• Ensure safety protocols, GMPs, and regulatory standards are followed on the job.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of tools and parts for repairs.
