Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Ability to read and decipher mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior experience in SAP preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to improve asset reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with startups and installations.
• Maintain records and documentation using the CMMS to support reliability reporting.
• Support safety, GMP, and quality policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to achieve plant objectives.
