Job summary

Aviso, LLC in Fremont, CA, is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, utilities, and capital projects at our manufacturing facility. This hands-on role ensures safe, reliable operation of production equipment and plant infrastructure while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead a team of technicians, manage budgets and contractors, and maintain strict regulatory compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and related standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems.
• Regulatory compliance: OSHA/NFPA/lockout-tagout.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams and programs (preventive/predictive/corrective).
• Provide technical leadership for mechanical/electrical systems.
• Manage facilities, utilities, budgets, and contractors.
• Oversee capital projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure safety compliance and continuous improvement.
