Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Fremont, CA seeks a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team, oversee equipment upkeep, facility infrastructure, and production support systems for reliability, safety, quality, and uptime.

You will manage contractors, drive CMMS utilization, and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs aligned with production growth and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years supervisory experience or team leadership.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive/predictive maintenance, and equipment documentation.
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with root cause analysis, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and projects in coordination with Operations.
• Manage CMMS work orders, equipment records, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Interact with departments to identify and resolve facilities issues.
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies and track performance.
