Job summary

Tyson Foods in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Learning Specialist to lead new Team Member orientation and deliver policy and procedures training across courses such as code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training support. The role collaborates with HR and operations, and requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) with 2+ years of training experience.

Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is expected; bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional training and facilitation experience required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate policies and procedures in English.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• HR administrative skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experiences for Team Members.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed timely.
• Identify language barriers and arrange interpreters when needed.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process.
• Provide backup support for the Hiring team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
