Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Georgetown, TX to partner with the Plant Manager in planning, developing and executing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs, including the Vertiv Operating System (VOS).

You will lead cross‑functional teams, coach leaders, and drive initiatives to reduce lead times, improve customer service, and lower operating costs while driving a strong culture of continuous improvement at the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 5 plus years’ experience.
• Six Sigma / Lean certifications, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with plant managers to shape plant strategy and drive performance improvements.
• Lead the VOS steering committee and ensure adherence to specs and framework.
• Develop Lean capabilities of management and staff to sustain daily problem solving.
• Coach leaders to integrate operations and functions end-to-end and reduce lead time.
• Lead continuous improvement of Vertiv Operating standards, processes and methods.
• Partner with regional VOS leader to deploy VOS strategy.
