Job summary

Glanbia seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive site-level improvements using Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, and structured problem solving. You will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory accuracy, and overall equipment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing or traditional project management.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/DQS/SAC Analytics or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level improvement and cost-saving initiatives with plant leadership.
• Drive OEE, safety, quality, delivery, and inventory improvements through Lean tools.
• Coach operators and leaders on improvement tools and processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and daily/weekly performance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional projects and communicate risks to management.
