Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager to lead First Time Quality, CAPA and operational excellence at our West Haven, CT site. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Procurement and Commercialization to solve manufacturing challenges and build sustainable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, process engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading CAPA investigations and root-cause analysis in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, process capability, and measurable process improvement.
• Demonstrated project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and process improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive CAPA implementation.
• Monitor CAPA effectiveness and reduce recurring quality issues.
• Analyze data, capability, and alignment to identify opportunities.
• Prioritize and execute projects focusing on safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and OE tools to reduce waste and improve site performance.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standarized work.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized CI roadmap for the site.
