Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to drive lean initiatives across production and maintenance. You will coordinate OPEX training, develop SOPs, and push improvements to safety, quality and efficiency across multiple sites.

You will lead cost-saving projects, benchmark best practices, and mentor teams toward sustained improvements, with strong emphasis on DMAIC and Lean tools within a large manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a large organization

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives with Production, Maintenance and other departments to improve safety, quality and efficiency
• Coordinate training for OPEX programs and SOP development across sites
• Deliver cost savings targets and benchmark/best practice sharing across the organization
• Develop and present ROI projects and drive Lean initiatives across facilities
